Overview

Wuwcifi Se was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1469, by Coraguis Terfel. The establishment of Wuwcifi Se was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Coraguis Terfel struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Wuwcifi Se as a prison colony.

Wuwcifi Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wuwcifi Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Wuwcifi Se is was constructed arround several broad cobblestone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Wuwcifi Se's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Astonishigly, the top tier civilian fortifications are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

A look around Wuwcifi Se gives you a feeling of distrust and paranoia. Also greed. The locals seem to be very much into scholastic pursuits, based on the hushed, murmured conversations you hear at least. Everyone in Wuwcifi Se acts like they have discovered something wondrous, and are worried they will endure some horrible fate so another can take what they’ve discovered for themselves.

Cultural Notes

Wuwcifi Se's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

In Wuwcifi Se sometimes, near one of the seasonal solstices, the sun appears to split into three and it rains from a clear sky for several hours.

The Spider, Assassin (Giant) near Wuwcifi Se are known to be quite timid.

Wuwcifi Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Invocation energies of tier 2 via oratory performances.
